Terms and conditions
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 28 days with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it.
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
If you are returning your item(s) directly to the store, please make sure you take with you the card that you used to make the purchase.
Please note the postage fees are not refundable once the order has been shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.
It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resalable condition. We would expect this to mean that you have kept all original packaging and labels, and that it is undamaged and unused.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
• Perishable goods such as food or confectionery
• Sale items
If returning by post then once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your account within
7 - 10 working days.
